On Friday, December 14th, two of our P7 pupils, Eoin Rossney Hyde and Lee Mackin Mc Cormick, travelled to St Louis' Grammar School, Kilkeel, to compete in the Annual Technology Challenge. Their task was to design and build a car which looked good, travelled as far as possible and which included a circuit which controlled the lights and a buzzer. After an exciting competition, the boys were declared the winners as their car was judged to look the best and it also travelled the furthest distance. They returned to school with a magnificent cup and their own individual trophies and prizes. This was the first time that pupils from our school have won this competition so well done Lee and Eoin!!
