Waste Wizardry Transforms St. Bronagh’s!
Yesterday, St. Bronagh’s Primary School was transformed into a magical world of Waste Wizardry as some of our Primary Seven pupils took on the role of teachers for the very first time, delivering their lesson: "Making Waste Disappear!"
With a swish of a wand, classrooms were spellbound as pupils shared the importance of:
- Saying no to unnecessary waste
- Reusing items whenever possible
- Avoiding single-use plastics
- Repairing and fixing what we already own
- Shopping smart by choosing products with less packaging
- Making eco-friendly choices
- Composting to reduce organic waste
- Recycling to turn waste into new products
Adding to the magic of the day, we even had a special visitor, Sir David Attenborough, who encouraged pupils to play their part in protecting our planet.
Our Principal, Mr. Mussen, praised the Primary Seven pupils for delivering such an important eco-message to the whole school. He commended their research, preparation, and engaging presentation, ensuring the lesson was both interactive and inspiring.
Every small step matters, and together, we can make a big difference for our environment!
