Primary 3 welcomed Madeleine from ‘Wee Bookworms’ to their classroom to deliver a morning of storytelling and fun! The children learnt all about the history of storytelling and cave art, the shape of stories and how they are structured to have a beginning, middle and end, and how story stones are used to spark our creativity and imagination when writing stories. The children wasted no time getting started on their own stories and creating their very own story stones. Stories varied from tales of dinosaurs and volcanoes🦖🌋 to unicorns and rainbows 🦄🌈.
