Primary 3 have had a busy week exploring how to be smart and stay safe when using the Internet. They know that everything we see online may not be true.
The children explored many themes including what we should do if we see something worrying or upsetting online, how to keep ourselves safe by never sharing personal information, and recognising online content that may be trying to trick or ‘scam’ us. The children made posters to deliver 5 important messages;
💻Always tell a trusted adult
💻Ask permission before downloading new games or apps
💻Never share your personal information
💻Don’t get tricked by scams
💻Take a break from devices.
