Our latest PATHS Programme Thought for the Week which was shared at our Safer Internet Day assembly on Monday 6th February is - "Never forget, you can always turn to someone for help in a tough situation. Think about friends, family members, school staff or other trusted adults who could help you deal with uncomfortable feelings or situations."
