On Tuesday June 14th, P5 took part in an online workshop sponsored by the RAF.
An exciting package arrived in our school on Monday and inside it were all the materials we needed to build our own air propelled rockets and conduct two experiments with them.
Our online engineer host talked us through the build of the rockets and then we were given the opportunity to carry out the experiments. We really enjoyed the challenge, learning how to construct a cardboard rocket, conduct a fair test, launch our rockets at set angles, add weight to our rockets and record and analyse the data.
