First we met with our friends from Dromore Rd PS and found out all about wildlife and how to attract wildlife to our school grounds.
Then we planned and designed our eco-projects (from things we would normally throw away) that would provide food, shelter and nesting materials for wildlife.
Last Friday we made our eco projects.
Finally today, the sun came out and we got the chance to put them in our school garden!
And believe it or not, this very afternoon, Mr Magee spotted a red squirrel checking them out and having a snack along the way! Great work P4. See what you can do with a bit of rubbish and a good idea!!
