Primary 2/3 pupils from Dromore Road Primary School teamed up with St Bronagh's P3 pupils to build their very own Bug Hotel, under the guidance of James from Newry, Mourne & Down District Council. The pupils built a First Class Hotel with materials they gathered from the park:- sticks, bamboo canes, stones, pine cones and leaves. They topped it off with a beautiful green moss roof. I bet it won't be long before the first mini-beast guests arrive at this Five Star Hotel in the grounds of Warrenpoint Park. Perhaps they might get a few minutes to play in the park, just like our pupils!!!
