Primary 2 enjoyed a range of activities for World Book Day. The day kicked off with the daily mile, when we got the opportunity to see the wide range of wonderful costumes. Following that, we went on the annual hunt for ‘Wally,’ who was hiding somewhere in the school building. The eagle-eyed boys and girls found him in record time!!
That wasn’t the end of the book fun……back in our classroom there was a Reading Book Scavenger Hunt and the P5 book sale where there were lots of bargains to be had!!
After all the excitement of World Book Day, we relaxed and listened to a story.
A big thank you to all the parents for their efforts with the children’s costumes and for donating books to the book sale.
