Entrepid Exploris Explorers

Anyone fancy a swim?
P4 loved every minute of our trip to Exploris. We had the chance to get close to such a variety of amazing sea life and we want to make sure that these creatures will be here for future generations. So let's do something drastic and reduce our use of plastic because our oceans are fantastic!!
...and get to meet the dogfish and the stingrays.
Time to roll the sleeves up again...
Now how did this visitor arrive in Exploris? I think he's a long way from home.
They love to eat molluscs.
And Exploris provides a sanctuary for otters too.
These two seal pups have been rescued and are being looked after until they can be released back into the wild. How many seals did Exploris help this year?
What are we having for lunch?
A black tipped shark. Can anyone remember why sharks have to keep swimming?
A giant fish tank. Mesmerising.
I think he knows how to get home now.
Wow!
This turtle got lost on his way to Tenerife.
What are they looking at?
Waving goodbye to our bus as we leave Strangford on the ferry.
Which one's Nemo and which one's Dory?
This creature is so well camouflaged you probably can't see it.
Who's looking at who?
What is this?
A nice spot for a rest.
How does a starfish feel?
What can you see?
...and get your hands wet.
The touch tank in Exploris. Time to roll up your sleeves...
Row, row, row your boat...
Which way to Portaferry?
Looking out for jellyfish.
It's a bit breezy on deck!
